The Links at Gettysburg Unveils Plans for a New Dining Destination
The Links at Gettysburg has announced plans to transform its event venue into Red Rock Public House, a new polished-casual restaurant designed to serve golfers, residents and visitors to the Gettysburg area.
The announcement was made during an exclusive Kerr Cellars wine tasting hosted by LPGA legend, vintner and entrepreneur Cristie Kerr on Friday, August 21. Guests had the opportunity to meet Kerr, sample wines from Kerr Cellars and enjoy small appetizers before The Links at Gettysburg unveiled its plans for the new dining destination.
Red Rock Public House will offer seating for approximately 200 guests in a comfortable, elevated atmosphere. Plans for the restaurant include an outdoor patio, outdoor covered bar, and indoor fireplace, creating an inviting setting for everything from chef-inspired meals and happy hour specials to evenings spent gathering with friends for drinks overlooking the course. The restaurant also plans to feature select wines from Kerr Cellars as part of its wine offering.
“Red Rock Public House represents an exciting new chapter for The Links at Gettysburg,” said Owner, Jordan Chronister. “We are creating a restaurant that feels polished but approachable—a place where golfers, local residents and Gettysburg visitors can enjoy great food, genuine hospitality and the incredible setting that makes this course so special.”
The restaurant will expand The Links at Gettysburg’s appeal beyond the golf course while providing a new dining experience for the surrounding community. Additional details, including the restaurant’s menu, operating hours and anticipated opening date, will be announced in the coming months.
The August 21 event brought together two worlds Cristie Kerr knows well: championship golf and exceptional wine. Kerr has recorded 26 professional victories, including 20 LPGA
Tour wins and two major championships. She held the title of the world’s No. 1-ranked female golfer in 2010 and has earned more than $20 million during her LPGA Tour career. A nine-time Solheim Cup participant, she is one of the most accomplished players in the history of women’s professional golf.
“We were honored to have Cristie join us for such a memorable evening,” said Chronister. “With the LPGA Legends Championship and the opening of Red Rock Public House both coming in 2027, there is tremendous momentum building at The Links at Gettysburg.”
