The Links at Gettysburg welcomed two-time major champion and former World No. 1 Cristie Kerr on Friday, August 21, for an afternoon of exceptional wine, engaging conversation, and memorable moments with one of golf’s most accomplished players.
Guests gathered for a complimentary tasting featuring wines from Kerr Cellars, the boutique winery founded by Kerr. The event paired selections from her collection with light appetizers while offering attendees the rare opportunity to meet the LPGA legend in an intimate, relaxed setting.
In addition to sampling Kerr Cellars wines, guests enjoyed a special question-and-answer session with Kerr, moderated by ABC27 Sports Director Allie Berube and WOYK sports radio host Gary Sutton. The conversation provided a closer look at Kerr’s career, her passion for winemaking, and the experiences that have shaped her journey both on and off the golf course.
Kerr Cellars produces acclaimed wines from Napa Valley and Sonoma County, combining Kerr’s appreciation for exceptional wine with the expertise of renowned winemaker Helen Keplinger.
For The Links at Gettysburg, the afternoon was an opportunity to bring together members, guests, golf enthusiasts, and the community for a unique experience celebrating the connection between championship golf and outstanding wine.
We extend our sincere thanks to Cristie Kerr, Kerr Cellars, Allie Berube, Gary Sutton, 2027 Legends of the LPGA Championship sponsors and everyone who joined us for this special event at The Links at Gettysburg.
